Miss Fauxy is a Gluten Free #Vegan ( a true VGN in 2017 before that a #pescetarian and #vegetarian) and a #Celiac, another word people use is Coeliac, as in #CoeliacDisease, in Dutch we call it #Coeliakie(bewezen in 2009 met biopsie ook veel allergieën)

I must eat #WheatFree & #GlutenFree as i’m intolerant. I do this for medical reasons you cannot abstain totally if you not intolerant but certain GF food you can eat! I suggest consulting your diëtist as i did years of research and eventually abstain from meat, fish and chicken too as I lead a totally veganistic life! It’s Dangerous to have only a gluten free, meat free diet without doctor’s consultation if you’re chronically ill!

So be careful but offcourse for sick people gluten free eating is healthier! Gluten Isnt unhealthy, its tastier too but people tend to eat too much of it as its more appealing and offcourse tastes better than glutenfree food.

So even if i wanted i cannot eat for eg processed food and drinks, hamburgers(the bun and sauce containing wheat), Kfc(the batter), Fish and chips(the batter), i can’t eat roti, bread, pies, mmnnn yummy but i used to love naan or Roti (Indian flat Bread). I used to love pies but now they made from vegan and GF dough, i make it muyself!

Sometimes life is hard as i’m now a vegan too and I love certain gluten food but i cannot eat it as i become hospitalized! Gluten is for eg wheat starch, it’s dangerous for me not you, well if you a celiac it is, in the Netherlands there’s only 1000/1200 from 17 000 000 people, yes it’s a rare auto immune disease which is heridatory and i have Morbhus Durhing(Dermatitus Herpetiformis), this happens in places on my body not visible to you so if i have that i camouflage it so you cant see it on pics when im influencing you!

I have many chronical diseases but 2 auto immune, Celiac and Morbhus Durhing! So i must be careful, also im very allergic so i live with care!
